PLC's Story

I believe I got my first camera in second grade.

I only know that because I recently scanned some of the terrible pictures I took with it.

Looking back at those photos, I realized something powerful:

Without photos, I wouldn't remember most of the people I love.

After a serious car accident in my teens, I lost large chunks of my memory. Photos became my lifeline — the only way to revisit the moments, faces, and feelings I couldn’t hold onto on my own.

That’s what drives the heart of my work today:

Helping families preserve what matters most.

Whether it’s digitizing old home videos or turning your favorite snapshots into fridge-worthy keepsakes, my goal is simple:

To help you hold on to your memories in a way that feels personal, beautiful, and lasting.

I’m Traci — a mom of three and the founder of Personal Legacy Capture, based in Upland, California. I’ve been working with family photos and videos since 2018, and I handle every piece like it came from my own collection.

When I gifted photo magnets to a few family members, I saw their reactions: tears, laughter, memories pouring out. They weren’t just magnets.

They were moments that mattered, preserved in a way that made them impossible to ignore or forget.

Now, I make those moments for you.

Every magnet I press is a photo you loved enough to save.

Every one is printed, packaged, and shipped by hand — right here in California.

Thank you for trusting me with your stories.

It’s an honor I don’t take lightly.
